1. Is this for "newbie" or "experienced" real estate investors?
Your RealEstateInvesting360°™ membership is perfect for persons of all experience and skill levels. Each week's lesson is broken down into manageable steps so that even the most inexperienced beginner can easily apply the information and benefit. However, there are also more advanced insights, tips, tactics, tools and tricks that even the seasoned veterans will find beneficial and highly advantageous. Yes, basic people skills, some knowledge of the internet or marketing, and business basics are helpful... but these are not required because training materials will be provided to anyone who needs assistance in basic setup steps as you move forward through the lessons.
2. Does this program work for anyone?
Absolutely! What you will learn is proven, usable, effective, and profitable. In short - it works. And, not only for me but for hundreds of other investors all over the world. I am not the only one who teaches some of the things we cover in your lessons - if it works, I'm not too proud to say I use "so and so's" program or system for that in my business" - But, there is a big 'caveat' here, and that is - the program only works for those who work the program. There are internet marketers out there (and even my own partners) who say that I am nuts for telling you that because you won't invest in the program if I do - I say, good. Look, if you are interested in me selling you a line about "making millions sitting on the sofa in your underwear watching TV eating potatoe chips"... uhm... you've come to the wrong place. I can assure you however, if you are seriously interested and dedicated to the process - you WILL be able to reach whatever economic or lifestyle goals you want to from this program. Does it work? You bet it does. Is it magic? No.
3. Are there any "hidden costs" in addition to my membership fees?
You will need to register a domain ($9.00 - $20.00+/year), obtain hosting for your websites ($10.00+/month), invest in an autoresponder program ($10.00+/month) and have access to a software program or tool to edit webpages (Free to "ouch!"). Additionally, you will eventually want to invest in a good accounting software like QuickBooks, advertising (budget as much here as you like... or as little as you want... we will talk alot about FREE methods of getting the word out about your sites and you will discover that, with a little effort, you can get a LOT of results). Along the way I might recommend other programs, services, or software for you to use in your business - all of which will be optional and solely up to you, not an obligation on your part (for instance - if you want to run your business with NO websites... using only a phone... can you do it? Yes. I don't think it is the best business model - but my job is to help you know the important principals and practices to make your business and investing a thriving and profitable lifestyle driven business... it's your job to decide what your lifestyle needs to look like! :)
4. Does my membership include personal one-on-one coaching?
Unfortunately, the answer is "no". While I will always be available to handle support requests (I.E. "I can't download this weeks lesson") There is simply not enough time to personally coach 1,000 members. Even if every member just asked me ONE question (even a SIMPLE question) it would be impossible to handle all of the requests. I will make personal one-on-one coaching available for a select number of members at times however... more on that later. 5. Do you provide a "cookie cutter" website for me to use?
Not exactly. I may do this in the future... but for now, I feel that there is great value in helping you to understand how to put up YOUR OWN website. It won't be too hard, ok... and I'll provide some tools to help you and a LOT of step-by-step guidance along the way. Why do I not simply provide you with websites you can use? Because I don't want to charge you $500 - $5,000 for one and I don't want to charge you a monthly fee to maintain it for you - when you can build it yourself for the cost of your time and the hosting (or outsource it to elance, guru.com, rentacoder.com, etc. to have it done for you for a FRACTION of the cost and no time!) Of course, if you like, I can recommend some very reputable ready-made systems that you can invest in... but we can talk about that later, deal?
6. Do I have to commit to the entire 12 months?
Of course not. While I truly believe that you will want to stay with the program, especially considerring how cutting edge and valuable this information truly is, not to mention the financial and lifestyle benefits if you just hang in there, you may cancel anytime you want. You may either email me through the Contact Us link to the above left or contact me at my private HelpDesk or Clickbank.com directly for a prompt and courteous cancellation. Like I said though, I don't think you'll want to do so after you dive into the training!
7. How quickly can I start to make money?
That depends entirely upon you. I understand how important it is to begin seeing tangible, financial, results quickly from the program - hey, I am a member of over a dozen programs myself ranging from as little as $10/mo up to the "I'm embarrassed to tell you" amount. Understand that I get it... I know how important it is to see a return on your investment as quickly as possible. But I don't know you (yet... :) I don't know how much time you will dedicate to your lessons or even if you will follow the assignments I provide to help you get cash-flow coming in. Someone with experience can literally have their sites up and running in a matter of days after reading the first lesson. A complete beginner with virtually no experience or history of doing business online or of investing can have everything in place after the first five to eight lessons (I explain every step of the process in step-by-step chunks during the first two months). Most people are somewhere in the middle. So, the answer is 2 days to 2 months, depending upon your experience and dedication.
8. What if I have no cash, my credit is lousy, I have never invested in real estate before, etc? Can I still do this?
Yes and no. The truth is you can certainly do the investing part, yes... want to know a secret? Investing in real estate is really just a few simple things like; people with a need to sell, you with some interest to help them, a buyer who wants to buy, and some paperwork along the way. Can you do that? Can you talk to people and discuss possible solutions? I think so. About the money - I don't want to shoot myself in the foot here... but here is the fact: you CAN buy real estate with "no money down" - yes... you can purchase real estate without using YOUR OWN money (you can use other peoples money, or the banks money, or even barter for real estate if you are ultra-creative), you may be able to buy without ever having your credit checked or even having it discussed... Yup, all true.
...But telling you those things only gives you HALF OF THE STORY - because once you control real estate, unless you quickly "flip" or "wholesale" the property to someone else... you may have to come up with monthly payments, right? Who will fix the broken toilet or pay the utilities if you don't have any money or ACCESS TO SOMEONE ELSE'S money? How will you "rehab" if you have no supplies or tools or resources to get those? So, you see... you CAN do this business with virtually "no money down" - but I'll show you how to build up your cash reserves and LEVERAGE other peoples resources or use only certain tactics (like wholesaling or "bird-dogging") in the beginning so that your bad credit (I've been there) your lack of cash or funds (uhm... been there also) or your lack of knowledge of investing even (been here also... "ready, FIRE, aim" - ouch!) will not keep you from reaching your goals... then, we'll fix those problems so you won't need to worry about them anymore, ok with you?
9. On what day of the week will I receive my weekly emails/lessons?
There isn't a set "day" of the week when your lessons will come to your inbox. The program I use to send your lessons, does so every 7 days... uhm... give or take a day (sometimes there is a 24-48 hour difference in delivery, but you'll always receive a lesson each week as long as you're a member).
